In unity, there is strength

               Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much. As we memorialize our cultures and tradition, we celebrated especially Bigueños the World Heritage Cities Solidarity Culture Festival to enrich and preserve Vigan's history.
               Every year of the month of September, Vigan Cuty celebrates the Solidarity Festival. A lot of activities are being conducted. Vigan City joins in the world-wide celebration to focus on heritage promotions and to express it's solidarity with other world heritage cities.
              You can't have unity without diversity. We must emphazise the unique cultures and traditions of our city, Vigan.
